Installation Guide

RS Dash ASR for Windows is now available for download on the Microsoft Store.

Note: Existing users who have previously installed the app from our old RSDashASRSetup_2.x.x installer file(s) should uninstall that version and switch to the Microsoft Store version instead. The Microsoft Store is now the only place you can install or get updates for RS Dash ASR for Windows.

Important

If you are prompted with a Windows Firewall warning, make sure that "Private networks, such as my home or work network" is ticked and then click [Allow Access]. It is very important that you perform this step, if you do not unblock the application it may not be able to receive the telemetry data on the network. Steps will be different if you are using a 3rd party firewall.
